Why mini rice cakes?
As a busy working mum, I want to create and provide real food options that are convenient for my family. When I started experimenting with covering wholegrain Mini Rice Cakes with chocolate and yoghurt, I instantly loved the combination and couldn't wait to share this snack with other families.
